My graduation cake was PHENOMENAL!! My parents surprised me with it and I was amazed and just, at a loss for words with how beautiful and creative my cake was. It was so personal and artistic, with my clay elephant that I had to fight my mom for as a keepsake. I could go on and on about how perfect it was, how amazing it tasted too!!! All my friends were stunned with it, and it was almost a shame to cut it and eat it! It was a great centerpiece which could only be overshadowed by my parents anniversary cake, which was also beautiful and delicious. Thank you so much for the time and creativity that went into my cake!

 Jasmin's cake was decorated with Littlest Pet Shop toys but everything else on the cake--the tree and even the picket fence--were fondant and gumpaste. The bottom layer was chocolate cake, the treetop was white cake.

 A special cake for a very special occasion  . . . my mom's 70th birthday! This cake, coconut with coconut filling, was fashioned after her own Miche bag and everything was edible. She didn't want to cut it!
